The Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer is a pivotal role designed to enhance and optimize communication processes using Salesforce technologies. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement communication solutions using Salesforce Communication Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scopes.
- Develop APIs and integrations with thirdparty applications and services.
- Customize Salesforce features to enhance user engagement and streamline workflows.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain and improve existing Salesforce Communication Cloud implementations.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams and endusers.
- Ensure data integrity and security in line with organizational policies.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new functionalities.
- Document development processes configurations and standards.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practice sharing.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align communication strategies and tools.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance system performance.
- Assist in developing user manuals and training materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Salesforce Communication Cloud with other systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development specifically with Communication Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript Apex and SQL.
- Experience with API development and integrations.
- Handson experience in customizing Salesforce applications.
- Ability to gather and analyze user requirements effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Salesforce Developer or Architect certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Visualforce is preferred.
- Knowledge of data modeling data migration and data management best practices.
- Experience with version control systems like GIT.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
