Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud

Expertise in configuration and implementation of Salesforce.com module of Consumer Goods (Retail Execution) and Service Cloud.

Detailed understanding of CRM business cases and interventions available.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce configurations including Process Builders Workflows Validation Rules Profiles Roles.

Strong knowledge of deployment through change sets/IDE Continuous Deployment Process using Gitlab etc.

Understanding of Salesforce custom development using apex classes triggers batch apex data loader Force.com IDE and lightning components.

Experience in error handling and debugging the code developed.

Should have designed and developed custom reports and dashboards on Salesforce Sales and Service cloud.

Experience in using Postman Workbench Data Loader SOAP UI DocuSign Salesforce Bulk API and Realtime API Upgrading existing API as per SFDC latest documentation and release etc.

Knowledge of Agile Development using JIRA.

Should have worked on at least 2 Salesforce Sales cloud implementation engagements.

B.Tech/BE degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Candidates certified with SFDC powered CRM certifications will be preferred.
