Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in retail banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and problemsolving skills.
- Capability to work effectively in teams and independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

- Willingness to travel for branch visits and client meetings.
- A valid drivers license may be required.
