Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead and manage branch operations ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong team management skills handson experience in PL (Personal Loan) and LAP (Loan Against Property) products and a wellestablished network in the local market. Only candidates with open market sourcing experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Handling & Team Management: Lead and oversee branch operations ensuring smooth daytoday functioning. Manage mentor and train the team to achieve business targets.
PL/LAP Product Expertise: Drive sales and business growth through Personal Loans and Loan Against Property offerings. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Open Market Sourcing: Develop and execute strategies for business acquisition through direct sourcing and market engagement. Build a robust pipeline of potential customers.
Local Market Networking: Leverage strong market connections to generate leads and expand customer reach. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including brokers DSA partners and financial institutions.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities analyze market trends and implement initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and service excellence.
Stability & Growth: Maintain a strong track record of professional stability and performance in previous roles. Ensure the branchs longterm success and sustainability.
Requirements
Proven experience in team management and branch handling.
Strong expertise in PL and LAP products.
Only candidates with open market sourcing experience will be considered.
Excellent local market knowledge and connections.
Demonstrated ability to achieve business targets and drive growth.
Strong leadership communication and relationship management skills.
Good stability in previous job roles.
