About the Role:
As the Branch Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing all branch operations with a focus on delivering exceptional banking services to clients while ensuring the achievement of business objectives. The primary focus will be on managing the branch's liability products and services overseeing sales and driving the growth of deposits term accounts and other banking services. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in branch operations sales and team management in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Branch Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the branch ensuring smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor branch performance in terms of financials productivity and customer service.

Sales & Business Development:
- Drive the sales of liability products (e.g. savings accounts fixed deposits current accounts etc.).
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the branch’s customer base.
- Achieve business targets set by the company for liabilities and other banking products.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain longterm relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to higher management.
- Work towards improving customer service quality and satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to achieve branch goals.
- Manage staffing recruitment training and performance appraisals.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is up to date with products processes and sales techniques.

Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
- Implement risk management strategies to minimize operational and financial risks.

Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on branch performance sales progress customer service metrics and operational issues.
- Analyze business data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
