Job Description
Job Title: Head of Supply Chain & Operations (Dental/Medical Devices)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all operational activities ensuring efficiency across the organization.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align longterm strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor KPIs identify trends and implement corrective actions across departments.
- Optimize logistics and inventory management ensuring smooth coordination with regional warehouses.
- Establish and continuously improve the control tower department for regional warehouse oversight.
- Manage and develop a highperforming operations team promoting growth and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with policies procedures and safety standards.
- Address customer inquiries and operational issues to enhance satisfaction and efficiency.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management with actionable insights.
- Lead budget preparation and cost control to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations or related field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of operations management experience in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics/supply chain management especially in ecommerce/retail.
- Knowledge of dental products and industry trends.
- Experience in managing a control tower department.
- Familiarity with operations management software (e.g. Vinculum eRetail).
