Job Description

Job Title: PrePrimary Center Head
Location: Pune Maharashtra
Salary:per month
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic PrePrimary Center Head to lead and manage our centers operations and academic excellence. This role is pivotal in shaping the foundation of young learners through innovative teaching practices operational efficiency and a focus on holistic development.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Academic Leadership:
  • Implement and adapt the Japan curriculum frameworks for preprimary levels (Nursery to KG).
  • Ensure alignment with national and international standards through guided training.
  • Monitor and evaluate the center s academic performance.
  1. Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Oversee recruitment training and performance evaluations of preprimary staff.
  • Manage daily operations to ensure seamless functioning of the center.
  • Plan and coordinate events workshops and activities.
  1. Student Wellbeing:
  • Foster a safe inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Ensure student welfare and pastoral care standards are met.
  • Develop and implement behavior management policies.
  1. Parental Engagement:
  • Maintain effective communication with parents through updates and meetings.
  • Organize workshops and parentteacher associations.
  • Build strong partnerships with parents to support student development.
  1. Staff Development:
  • Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews to encourage growth and improvement.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
  1. Other Responsibilities:
  • Budget planning and resource management.
  • Maintain the center s infrastructure and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Education or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in early childhood education leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of preprimary curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Certification in early childhood education (e.g. Montessori Reggio Emilia).
Preferred Skills:
  • Strategic thinking and planning.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with international curricula (e.g. IB Cambridge).
  • Familiarity with educational technology.
