Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking two Product Managers to take ownership of key operational workflows:
1. RiderSide Product Manager
- Focus on logistics and delivery rider workflows.
- Enhance rider experience and operational efficiency in platforms such as quick commerce or logistics tech.
2. WarehouseSide Product Manager
- Focus on warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Optimize workflows for inventory tracking order fulfillment and warehouse scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives for the riderside or warehouseside platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering design and operations teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
- Drive endtoend product development from ideation to release ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Gather and analyze data to identify pain points prioritize features and measure success metrics.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends in supply chain logistics and retail operations.
- Create detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and ensure clear communication with crossfunctional teams.
- Ensure seamless integration between platforms and operational workflows.
Ideal Candidate
1. Experience:
- 3 6 years of total experience with a minimum of 1 year as a Product Manager.
- Must have sellerside experience (not consumerfacing).
2. Domain Expertise:
- Proven experience in supply chain B2B SaaS quick commerce ecommerce or retail operations.
- For Riderside PM: Experience with logistics workflows delivery rider management or similar platforms.
- For Warehouseside PM: Experience in warehouse operations inventory management systems or supply chain platforms.
3. Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and deliver results in fastpaced environments.
- Datadriven mindset with expertise in using tools like Excel SQL or analytics platforms.
4. Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in highgrowth companies like Meesho Shadowfax Udaan or similar.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
