Key skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills At least 3 years of DC Ops/TAC experience for Large Enterprises (like BFSI Service Provider CSP SI) in Core & Access Networking domain Good interpersonal skills for effective communication with customer and technical teams. Strong handson experience in packet capture level troubleshooting on L3 Switches and DC network. Experience on Arista Equipment have added advantage Experience in Spineleaf Arch (L2LS/L3LS) MLAG VXLAN EVPN BGP OSPF and other Networking protocols and concepts. Understanding of DC architecture and network elements involved. Experience in networking NoC and familiarity with Day 2 Ops procedures Working on ticketing solutions like Service Now for incident management and resolution. Ability to learn on the job and understand technical documents like HLD LLD and Release Notes. Experience of proactive monitoring routine checks and audits failover tests version upgrade procedures and MoP creation as well as execution. Should demonstrate logical thinking and problem solving approach during troubleshooting
Profile/ Tasks Should ensure successful and timely delivery of assigned tasks. Support for initial troubleshooting of all hardware /software related issues & coordination with Arista Technical Assistance Center Create plan of Action for EoS upgrades & planned activities update log book and create daily reports Reporting: Adhere to agreed report generation and sharing Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS Network Operations: Technical troubleshooting support on Arista equipment; Customer escalation liaison with Arista TAC; Help Desk support; Managing trouble tickets and gathering input for analysis; Generate monthly highlevel reports on trouble Tickets. Open to work in Shifts as per Customer requirement. Perform Routine Day 2 Tasks mentioned below: o Daily monitoring of Arista setup o Change control review and validation o EOS upgrade Bug scrub Config generation/validation o Timely incident management o Compliance management o Standard Report generation and updates
o All kind of upgrade e.g. OS patch vulnerability for Arista Devices o Hardening of New Arista Switches o Execute Change Management Migration CVP configurations and optimizations o Additional feature testing & configuration check o Induction of New Arista Switches into running fabric (incremental) o Perform UAT on newly deployed nodes (as per NRFU document) o Install updates /patches and bug fixes as and when required o Follow shift handover procedure
