On any day you might:
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure project objectives are met with minimal rounds of revision while adhering to feedback from all stakeholders.
  • Oversee the endtoend execution of projects ensuring seamless incorporation of feedback and efficient coordination among all parties involved.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on all content ensuring that it aligns with the planned golive dates and complies with the calendar.
  • Ensure all copy and visuals adhere to legal and industryspecific regulations and requirements.
  • Serve as the primary custodian of project management documenting project status execution and strategy comprehensively and maintaining best practices.
  • Monitor and report on agency performance maintaining Job Status Reports (JSRs) and managing Calendar Execution for respective brands.

  • You have a keen eye for detail and are committed to maintaining highquality standards in all aspects of project execution.
  • Your communication skills are topnotch enabling you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • You anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions ensuring smooth project progression.
  • You excel in organizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • You work well in a team environment fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

You bring:
  • 6 years of experience at a Media/Advertising agency
  • A proven track record in project management within the digital advertising industry.
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance guidelines relevant to the industry.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Experience with various projects types including web mobile video brand and strategic consulting
  • The ability to monitor report and optimize agency performance effectively.
  • The flexibility to manage changing priorities and pivot strategies as needed.
