Key Responsibilities:
- Renewals Management:
- Manage the endtoend subscription renewal process to preserve and grow customer accounts.
- Collaborate with the customer success and sales teams to understand customer needs and ensure a seamless renewal experience.
- Finalize all renewal bookings before contract expiration dates.
- Customer Account Analysis:
- Analyze customer account details to understand ownership versus actual usage.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer subscriptions through upselling and crossselling during renewals.
- Uncover roadblocks and risks within accounts providing proactive solutions to address concerns.
- Negotiation and Collaboration:
- Partner with the Operations Deal Strategy and Legal teams to negotiate renewal terms and close agreements effectively.
- Balance customer needs with company objectives to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decisionmakers to identify their requirements and foster trust.
- Advocate for customer satisfaction while aligning with the company s longterm goals.
- Performance Metrics and Goals:
- Meet or exceed uplift targets on renewal bookings to drive revenue growth.
- Expand customer spending by achieving upsell goals during renewals.
- Attain conversion targets from singleyear to multiyear subscription terms.
What We re Looking For:
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business sales marketing or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in customer relationship management renewals or account management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer data and identify risks and opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and renewal management software is a plus.
