Job Description / Responsibilities
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for driving the success of our products by
leveraging your strong communication skills to manage partnerships and customer relationships
effectively. You'll need a solid understanding of payment systems and processes with the ability to
quickly learn and share knowledge across the team. Your role will involve managing projects
independently utilizing data to identify and solve production issues and ensuring compliance with
legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Strong written and oral communications skills proven ability to handle partnerships and
customers. Understanding of various payment systems and processes.
Ability to learn quickly and to share knowledge with team mates.
Ability to manage projects independently.
Ability to leverage data to identify production issues & Strong problem solving skills.
Able to manage multiple stakeholders
Ability to drill production data for production issue analysis and generate MIS/Reports
based production data. Ensure compliance related support with applicable legal regulatory requirements.
Establish a process of constantly benchmarking the platform with respect to production
support related aspects and take necessary corrective action if needed. Build a team for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and building a comprehensive
repository of test cases for production related issues and troubleshooting.

Develop and implement strategies to build a meaningful value proposition for both existing and new clients

Ideally with a BBPS/ Payments/ eCommerce background
Experience in providing support for payment related product implementations.
Experience in developing/managing high volume digital transactions
Experience in managing and supporting third party ERP solutions and other third party applications (desirable)
