Job Description
Position: Lead AI Engineer
Experience: 10 years
Work Mode: Remote or Onsite
Location: Pune
Budget: 13LPA 14LPA
Notice Period: 15 days or less
About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a Lead AI Engineer to spearhead our AI initiatives and build innovative solutions that push the boundaries of technology. In this role youll lead crossfunctional teams and design scalable AI models using the latest cloud platforms and machine learning techniques. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture and deployment of AI solutions on cloud platforms like AWS Azure and Google Cloud .
Develop and optimize machine learning models for largescale applications .
Implement cuttingedge deep learning models including Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and advanced techniques like Generative AI and RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG).
Use TensorFlow and other frameworks to enhance NLP models for tasks like text processing sentiment analysis and more .
Collaborate with data scientists software engineers and key stakeholders to integrate AI models into production environments .
Stay on top of the latest AI trends and advancements in machine learning and cloud computing.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists helping them thrive in their roles .
MustHave Skills:
Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with AWS Azure and Google Cloud (EC2 S3 Lambda Azure ML Google AI Platform).
Machine Learning: Mastery of ML algorithms including supervised unsupervised and reinforcement learning .
Deep Learning & ANN: Expertise in developing Artificial Neural Networks and other deep learning models .
TensorFlow Pro: Handson experience with TensorFlow for AI model development and deployment .
NLP Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques including text processing sentiment analysis and language modeling .
Generative AI & RAG: Proficiency with Generative AI models and RetrievalAugmented Generation techniques .
Programming Languages: Expert in Python and experienced with libraries like TensorFlow PyTorch Scikitlearn and more .
Leadership: Proven experience leading AI/ML projects and managing crossfunctional teams .
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Master s or Ph.D. in Computer Science AI Machine Learning or related fields .
MLOps Expertise: Experience in deploying AI models using MLOps frameworks .
Data Engineering: Knowledge of data engineering practices and tools for largescale data processing .
Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills with a knack for leading diverse teams .
