CONSENSUS HEALTH PRIMARY CARE MEDCARE is looking for Locum Family Practice Physician
- Practice Setting: Private Practice
- Reason for Coverage: Provider on leave
- Dates of Coverage: ASAP Jan 25th
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: 2030
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 2
- Will the Locum be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers No
- Services Available OnSite: Laboratory Radiology
- Documentation System/EMR: AthenaHealth
- Practice Population: AdultGeriatric
Required General Procedures: EKG Interpretation
Required Surgical Procedures: I & D (Incision & Drainage) Suturing of Minor Lacerations
Required Occupational Medicine Procedures: Employment Physicals Diagnosis & Mgmt. of Common IndustrialRelated Medical Problems Disability Exams
Requirement description :
Please note all requirements to avoid being redirected:
- Board Certified Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Required
- Local providers only mileage will be reimbursed Required
- NJ license in hand Required
- Internal credentialing must be completed with the submitting agency Required
- Clean Background Highly preferred
- BLS Required
- Athena experience highly preferred
- Worked outpatient in NJ recently Highly preferred
- Provider must be credentialed with BCBS REQUIRED
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New Jersey
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : 2 Saturdays per month
On Call Requirements : None
