Job Description

Shift Schedule: 2 days/week

Call Schedule: 24hr call

1 day/week

Call Type: InHouse

Patient Volume: 2022 (OP)

Phone Consults: RN Triage Service

Admissions: Yes

Rounding included: Yes

Support Staff: 3 CNM 2RNs 2 LPNs 2 MAs 3 Office Staffs

Procedures:

High & Low Risk Pregnancy

FHR interpretation

OB U/S Amniocentesis

Routine and Complicated Delivery

Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations

Office/Minor & Surgical GYN

Laser certification

Trauma Level: II & III

EMR: Epic

Other Info:

CNMs have their own patients but an escalated delivery could be passed to the provider.

Will cover 2 facilities and it is approx 15 min apart

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active WA License

BLS

OB Relias Fetal Monitoring
