Neks wide collection of silver and gold jewelry is made with meticulous artisanship to celebrate you and find the magic in every occasion.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a B2C sales strategy to meet revenue goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and optimize processes for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts with campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor a highperforming inside sales team.
  • Manage presales processes to qualify leads and provide tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2C sales and leadership roles.
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in CRM software and sales analytics.
  • Proven leadership and managerial experience including the ability to manage and lead a team of at least 6 members.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze data create reports and utilize advanced functions.
  • Ability to develop and implement datadriven sales strategies.
  • Experience managing and developing inside sales teams.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in B2C sales with 3 years in leadership.
