Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices
Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define product requirements develop project plans and ensure timely delivery of new features and enhancements

Handson support where needed ranging from managing escalations supporting the teams to meet release dates and resolve incidents to addressing technical and interpersonal challenges
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in software development with strong familiarity in at least one of these technologies: Java Sprint Boot Postgres Kubernetes modern frontend technologies such as REACT and a basic knowledge of PHP
2 years of experience leading and managing high performing Agile development teams with a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers
Proven experience in leading and managing Agile development teams with a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams and departments
Professional level of English (B2 min.)
Well versed with people management tasks including recruitment personnel development giving feedback and solving
