You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a highly motivated Senior Engineering Manager MLOps to join our growing AI Center of Excellence team responsible for using machine learning and natural language processing to drive innovation across the organization and accelerate positive impact on our planet and society. You will be part of the team of 20 scientists and engineers delivering solutions for our product portfolio and enhancing operational excellence.
Your global responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
Leading our Engineering team with the focus on quality delivery and adoption of technology and AI within the organization
Leading by example on AI solution integration and MLOps and drive decisions at technical level
Promoting best practices in MLOps and mentoring team members
Partnering with tech and product leaders across the EV organisation
Staying on top of technology trends in the area of but not limited to AI and apply this knowledge to the key challenges ahead of EcoVadis
Qualifications :
Education and experience
PhD or MSc degree in quantitative discipline (e.g. Software Engineering Computer Science);
5 years of experience in formal management roles with at least 3 direct reports;
Track record of successful integration of AI/ML initiatives into product portfolio;
10 years of overall experience in Software Engineering including demonstrated experience in MLOps. Any Platform Engineering experience is a plus;
Excellent mentoring skills and accountability for high quality and timely delivery of the initiatives;
Ability to work in a fastpaced resultoriented and collaborative environment;
Experience in leveraging the Azure stack (e.g. Azure cloud Azure ML Azure Data Factory) and Databricks to deliver endtoend solutions is considered a plus;
Demonstrated crossfunctional collaboration in the development of AIpowered products and services (e.g. Engineers Product Managers);
Contribution to open source software development is considered a plus.
