Were looking for a motivated and autonomous candidate to join the Services of Engagement (SEN) team supporting our growing network of over 125000 rated companies in maximizing the value of their EcoVadis subscription. The ideal candidate will have a thirst for knowledge and will be able to develop skills in different areas during the course of their internship with us.
Responsibilities:
- Support the different parts of the team in their daily tasks including administrative activities related to accounts management such as launching assessments preparing reports identifying upsell opportunities creating user accounts
- Creation and translation content to support the team with their clients and communication
- Help and support developing new processes and webinars
- Analysis of product issues to support our Solutions team in understanding how to implement improvements
- Maintenance of knowledge management content and systems
- Other duties as necessary
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in customer care or another customer facing role required
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) other language is a strong plus
- Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
