Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Identify and target potential customers to promote products and services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Actively engage with leads through field visits cold calling and referrals to convert them into longterm customers.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and concerns.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and fostering trust.
- Fieldwork and Market Engagement:
- Conduct regular field visits to meet clients showcase products and close deals.
- Gather and analyze market insights including competitor activities customer preferences and emerging trends.
- Represent the company at trade shows exhibitions and other marketing events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Marketing and Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns tailored to target audiences.
- Assist in designing and distributing marketing materials to enhance brand awareness.
- Leverage social media and digital marketing platforms to engage potential clients and drive sales.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions sales activities and progress reports.
- Provide regular updates to the management team on market trends and sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- 02 years of experience in sales marketing or fieldwork roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proactive and selfmotivated with a goaloriented mindset.
- Excellent negotiation persuasion and problemsolving abilities.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel as part of the job.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
