Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to oversee all operational aspects of our real estate company. The ideal candidate will translate strategic vision into operational excellence while driving growth and maintaining optimal efficiency across all business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the companys longterm objectives overseeing property management acquisitions development and sales divisions
Lead and optimize daytoday operations including property management maintenance leasing tenant relations and facility operations across our portfolio
Collaborate with the CEO to shape company strategy and ensure operational capabilities support business goals and market expansion plans
Drive operational excellence through the implementation of best practices technology solutions and process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
Manage relationships with key stakeholders including investors partners major clients and regulatory bodies
