Virtual Rockstar is looking for a fulltime Administrative/ Marketing Assistant who will play a crucial role in supporting both our client s front desk operations and social media management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized proactive and familiar with digital marketing tools. You will help ensure smooth daily operations and assist in expanding our client s online presence while maintaining the personalized care they are known for.

We are a personalized physical therapy practice in Las Vegas specializing in two key areas: Performance Rehab and Pelvic Floor Rehab. As a small closeknit team we prioritize relationships both with our clients and with each other. Many of our team members have been with us for years and we value fostering a collaborative and open culture where input from every team member helps us grow. We focus on oneonone care for our patients often building longlasting relationships that extend beyond just treatment.

Responsibilities:
Front Desk Support:
Answer and manage phone calls emails and client inquiries.
Schedule and reschedule patient appointments in a timely manner.
Handle potential sales calls in the future (training provided).
Provide administrative support for client intake and other officerelated tasks.
Social Media Management:
Create and edit marketing materials such as fliers social media posts and promotional content using Canva.
Edit and post videos and podcasts to YouTube and other platforms.
Organize and manage files on Google Drive to ensure easy access and sharing.
Update and maintain our website with accurate uptodate information.
Regularly update our Google My Business profile.
Maintain and update social media profiles (Facebook Instagram etc.).
Manage CRM (Go High Level) updates and client information.
Experience with tools like Go High Level Asana Voxer Canva Google Suite and social media platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Selfstarter who can work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Experience in virtual or remote work environments preferred.
Passion for healthcare wellness and helping others is a plus.
