Shift: 12 HR Days (7:00 AM 7:00 PM)
Shifts per Week: 3
Scheduled Hours: 36 hours per week
Hourly Pay: $34 $55
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified RN Supervisor for the Cath Lab to provide leadership and ensure the delivery of topquality patient care in a fastpaced highacuity environment. As a Nurse Supervisor you will oversee daytoday nursing operations staff management and patient care coordination working closely with the nursing team proceduralists and other healthcare providers. Your role will include fostering a collaborative team environment driving quality improvement initiatives and promoting evidencebased practices to enhance patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff and manage daily operations in the Cath Lab.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver highquality patient care.
- Develop implement and evaluate policies and procedures to enhance patient outcomes.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and foster an environment that supports learning and mentoring.
- Manage budgets resources and productivity to ensure department goals are met.
- Ensure adherence to nursing practice standards and healthcare regulations.
- Provide handson nursing care as needed and support the professional growth of staff members.
- Promote patient safety and wellbeing advocate for staff and support a therapeutic environment for patients and families.
Qualifications:
- BSN or higher required.
- Current TX RN license ACLS and BLS (BLS must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Minimum 2 years of recent fulltime Cardiovascular ICU/CVICU RN experience required.
- Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology (EP) Lab RN experience preferred.
- RN Leadership experience (Charge Nurse or higher) required.
