Help lead the transformation of healthcare in Pflugerville as we introduce new Acute Care and ER beds advanced imaging enhanced operating rooms and a stateoftheart cath lab by the end of 2025. This exciting role is key to shaping the future of our dedicated cardiology space and interventional radiology services.
Role Overview:
As the RN Manager for the Cath Lab you will oversee operations ensure compassionate patient care manage resources and foster professional growth among staff. Youll participate in governance councils plan budgets develop policies and create an inspiring work environment aligned with researchbased practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing plans for the Cath Lab.
- Foster a collaborative and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
- Guide staff professional development in clinical and leadership skills.
- Manage resources and maintain productivity standards.
- Facilitate patient and community education programs.
- Participate in governance and decisionmaking to enhance care standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a nursing leadership role.
- Active RN license ACLS and BLS (BLS within 30 days if not certified).
