Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: San Jose California
Rate: $42.00 $46.00 per hour
Shift Type: Afternoons
Shift Times: Flexible shifts available including fulltime and parttime options
Hours/Day: 8hour shifts
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to provide highquality imaging services at various nursing homes healthcare facilities and other medical sites across California. The technologist will be responsible for performing mobile Xrays and if required EKGs using portable equipment ensuring clinically diagnostic images are captured for radiologists interpretation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and process Xrays using portable digital radiography (DR) or computed radiography (CR) equipment.
- Transmit images to a radiologist for interpretation.
- Provide mobile Xray and EKG services to nursing homes healthcare facilities and other locations.
- Perform EKGs as needed and submit results to a cardiologist.
- Regularly communicate with dispatch and management ensuring timely reporting and scanning of billing documents.
- Safely transport and maintain Xray equipment including unloading and setup at each facility.
- Maintain effective communication and professional interaction with peers supervisors and clients.
Physical Demands:
- Technologists may push/pull up to 50100 lbs using ramps and pulleys.
- 50 lbs of force may be required 16 to 24 times per day for equipment transport.

Additional Information:

Certification Requirements:
- ARRT Certification
- Valid drivers license with good standing
State License Requirements:
- California (Limited license not accepted).
