Job Description
Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Bloomsburg Hazelton WilkesBarre PA
Shift Notes: MF 6:00pm 2:30am
Hourly Rate: $30.00
Position Summary:
Responsible for providing radiographic and electrocardiogram services to various healthcare facilities including nursing homes. This role involves using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment to perform diagnostic imaging and EKGs as required ensuring highquality results that meet clinical standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate portable radiography and EKG equipment to conduct diagnostic tests as ordered by physicians.
- Ensure the production of clinically diagnostic technically competent xray images and EKG readings.
- Transport and set up portable equipment at various facilities.
- Manage daily scanning and submission of related paperwork and billing documents.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch management and facility staff.
- Regular upkeep and maintenance of the vehicle and xray equipment.
