Job Description
Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Beckley WV
Shift Type: Evenings (2:00 PM 10:00 PM)
Rate: $29.00 $30.00 per hour with shift differential after 3pm
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Radiologic Technologist to provide portable XRay and EKG services to nursing homes healthcare facilities and other locations. This position involves evening shifts including rotating oncall weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment to perform Xrays as ordered by physicians.
- Transmit Xrays and EKGs (if performed) to the respective specialists for interpretation.
- Ensure clinically diagnostic and technically competent imaging results.
- Manage daily scan of examrelated paperwork and billing documents.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and management teams.
- Ensure proper maintenance of vehicle and radiography equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in mobile radiography and EKGs (as required).
- Excellent communication skills and professional interaction with peers and supervisory staff.
