Job Description
Job Title: Laboratory Supervisor
Location: Frisco TX
Shift: 07:00 AM 03:00 PM
Shift Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40
Salary: $17 $26

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise lab operations and oversee personnel in testing phases.
- Manage schedules staffing and performance evaluations.
- Develop and enforce policies ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor inventory and quality assurance programs.
- Collaborate on budget preparation and staff training initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a lab environment.
- Certification: Must hold one of the following:
- ASCP (various specialties including BB C CG CT H HT HTL M MB SBB SC SH SM)
- CHSABHI CHTABHI CLS MLS MT SCT SCYM SMB
