Job Description
Job Title: Laboratory Supervisor
Location: McKinney Texas
Shift: 8Hour Days (9:30 AM 6:00 PM)
Shift Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40
Salary: $17 $26/hour
Job Overview:
Join our Core Lab team as a Lab Supervisor where you will oversee daily laboratory operations manage staff and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role is essential to maintaining highquality testing services and effective team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise laboratory staff including scheduling training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory regulations quality assurance programs and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory and maintain necessary supplies.
- Assist in policy development budgeting and maintaining operational standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or 4 years of additional relevant experience.
- 4 years of laboratory experience.
- Certification in one of the following: ASCPBB ASCPC ASCPCG ASCPCT ASCPH ASCPHT ASCPM ASCPMB CLS MLS MT or equivalent.
