Job Description
We are seeking a Social Media Manager with a reputed PR Agency in Mumbai(Santacruz).
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies
that align with client goals and brand identity.
Content Creation: Develop engaging creative and highquality content (text images
video) tailored to each platform (e.g. Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Youtube).
Community Management: Monitor engage and grow online communities by
responding to comments messages and mentions promptly and professionally.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics
generating reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns including paid
advertising strategies to drive traffic engagement and conversions.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends tools and best
practices applying them to improve our clients social presence.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (creative PR digital marketing) and
clients to ensure social media initiatives align with broader marketing strategies.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on social
mediarelated matters providing updates insights and recommendations.
Other requirement :
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in an agency setting.
Strong understanding of social media platforms algorithms and best practices.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics Facebook Insights).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Experience with paid social advertising is a plus.
