We are expanding our domestic operations and are seeking an experienced Domestic Client Acquisition Manager to lead our efforts in building strong relationships with Indian clients. This role involves driving business growth securing new clients and contributing to the success of our domestic recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities - Identify and acquire new clients for domestic recruitment services across IT and NonIT sectors.
- Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Build and nurture longterm client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver customized staffing solutions.
- Negotiate terms of business agreements with clients ensuring mutual benefit and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and client feedback to refine strategies.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely and highquality delivery of staffing services.
- Represent the company at industry events networking forums and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client acquisition progress and challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years in client acquisition or business development within the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of securing and managing domestic clients across multiple industries.
- Strong understanding of the Indian job market and industryspecific hiring needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to leverage relationships for business growth.
- Ability to work independently and lead client acquisition initiatives.
- Ability to analyze market data and client feedback to refine acquisition strategies.
- Bachelors degree in Business Management Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
