Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead manage and optimize daytoday administrative operations across various company locations in India.
Take ownership of key administrative processes including office management procurement vendor relations facilities management and more ensuring consistent excellence.
Coordinate and oversee travel logistics ensuring smooth and efficient travel management for employees and business needs.
Supervise and mentor the administrative team fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
Identify and resolve administrative issues immediately ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop and implement streamlined systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Manage budgets for administrative functions ensuring costeffectiveness and compliance with financial targets.
Partner with senior leadership and crossfunctional teams to align administrative goals with broader organizational objectives.
Be a driving force in process improvements pushing the team to always be faster smarter and more effective.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10 years of handson experience in managing administrative functions with a proven track record in overseeing multiple locations.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and drive high performance across a diverse team.
  • Strong decisionmaking abilities with a relentless focus on operational excellence and speed.
  • Ability to take charge and make immediate decisions in highpressure situations.
  • Must be highly adaptable and open to frequent travel within India across various locations.
  • A sharp proactive problemsolver who can address challenges headon and resolve issues quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
  • A strong understanding of budget management vendor negotiations and procurement.
  • Proven expertise in using office productivity tools and administrative software.
