Job Description
Design and develop comprehensive training programs focused on orthopedic implants
(trauma & spine) covering product knowledge surgical techniques and patient care
protocols.
2. Create training materials such as presentations videos and manuals to support the delivery
of training programs. Ensure that content is accurate uptodate and aligned with industry
standards and best practices.
3. Conduct training sessions for sales employees dealers healthcare professionals including
surgeons nurses and operating room staff both inperson and virtually. Utilize various
teaching methods and technologies to effectively communicate complex concepts and
techniques.
4. Provide clinical support and guidance to healthcare professionals during surgical
procedures involving orthopedic implants. Offer assistance with case planning implant
selection and troubleshooting to ensure successful outcomes.
