An industry leader in exclusive lifestyle and travel management catering to Affluent individuals and VIP clientele worldwide. Our client is seeking a Luxury Lifestyle Manager.
Role Overview:
As a a Luxury Lifestyle Manager you will play a pivotal role in crafting lifestyle solutions for High net worth members. You will act as a trusted advisor using your expertise in luxury travel or lifestyle services to deliver bespoke recommendations and exclusive arrangements tailored to the unique needs of members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional proactive and personalized lifestyle and travel management services to highnetworth members.
- Plan and arrange complex luxury itineraries including fivestar accommodation fine dining and exclusive experiences worldwide.
- Handle requests related to lifestyle services such as event planning personal shopping VIP access to events and more.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring the highest levels of discretion trust and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with global partners suppliers and internal teams to secure exclusive benefits and experiences for members.
- Stay updated on luxury travel trends destinations and lifestyle offerings to provide clients with innovative and inspiring recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Proven experience in luxury travel hospitality contact centre customer service or lifestyle management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport with highnetworth individuals.
- Ability to manage complex and demanding requests while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively to meet client needs.
