Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Frenchspeaking clients addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively through phone email or chat to support customer needs.
- Offer clear accurate information while maintaining a customerfocused and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree (minimum) in a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 1 years of professional experience in customer service or a related role.
- Languages: Proficiency in French and English (C1C2 level).
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Flexibility and reliability to work within the assigned schedule in a fastpaced environment.
