Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Germanspeaking clients through phone email and chat.
- Handle inquiries related to products services and account management promptly and professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing their needs effectively.
- Assist with troubleshooting and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to support service enhancements.
What Were Looking For
- Language Skills: Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level) and strong English proficiency (B2 level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customerfocused approach.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools are advantageous.
