Key Responsibilities
- Provide topnotch customer support to Germanspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries about products services and account details efficiently.
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and escalating complex cases to relevant teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for service improvement.
Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
- Excellent communication skills with a customeroriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays in a rotational schedule.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
