Job Description

Schedule: Monday to Sunday 08:00 AM 12:00 AM (rotational shifts)

Work Setup: Hybrid (Remote flexibility)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide topnotch customer support to Germanspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries about products services and account details efficiently.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues and escalating complex cases to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for service improvement.

Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
  • Excellent communication skills with a customeroriented mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays in a rotational schedule.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
