Work Hours: 40 hours per week 8 hours per day between 7:00 AM10:00 AM and 6:00 PM7:30 PM

Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Frenchspeaking clients ensuring their inquiries and concerns are resolved effectively.
- Communicate via phone email or chat to support customers with their product or service needs.
- Deliver accurate and clear information while maintaining a professional and customerfocused approach.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions to ensure high service quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 1 years of professional experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English (C1C2 level).
- Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently within the specified schedule and adapt to dynamic environments.
