Job Description
Job Title: Occupational Therapist
$3310 per week
$3310 per week

First Timers Accepted: Yes
Certifications Required: BLS Alaska OT License NBCOT
Skills Required: Acute Care Outpatient Experience
Oncall Requirement: No
Weekend Requirement: No
Float Requirement: Yes within scope to meet facility needs
Block Schedule: Open to accommodating
Locals Accepted: No must live at least 50 miles from facility
Pending License Accepted: Yes
Time off: Approved on individual basis upon offer
Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks with possibility of being called off for 1 8hour shift per 2 weeks
Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital Level IV Trauma
Total Staffed Beds: 46 (Acute Care) 40 (LTC)
Uniform: Any scrub color or business casual
Charting: Epic
Parking: Free
Housing: Provided typically 1bedroom apartments to be cleaned upon departure deposit required
Vehicle: Provided for use around town must provide valid drivers license and proof of insurance vehicle to be cleaned and returned with full tank of gas.
Pets and additional family members: Not allowed without approval from the facility
Restrictions: Vehicle should not be used for offroad or outside of 30mile radius from facility must be turned in during time off.
