Job Description
Job Title: IT Server Engineer
Job Type: 1Year Contract W2
Location: Brooklyn NY (Onsite)

Job Overview:
This role supports the Legacy Replacement Project by collaborating with vendors to address solutions within the client network and infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include server management SaaS cloud solutions application installation/configuration and engineering with automation tools such as UiPath.
The position also involves developing and maintaining databridging efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
The IT Server Engineer will design implement and administer technical solutions troubleshoot problems document processes and where feasible automate routine tasks.
This position requires working independently or as part of a project team and occasionally involves overtime.
Mandatory Skills/Experience:
Bachelors degree in computer science information systems or a related field plus 10 years of relevant experience (equivalent combinations of education certifications and experience may substitute).
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Management and configuration of web servers (IIS Tomcat IBM WebSphere)
Azure AD/Office365 configuration and provisioning
Server virtualization/upgrades/configuration (volumetric and capacity forecasting)
Salesforce administration
SCCM administration
Citrix VDI imaging
PowerShell scripting
Required Technologies:
Windows 10
VMware
Citrix virtual applications and desktops (VDI)
Windows Server () including Active Directory DNS FTP WSUS and Group Policies
Printers and print server administration
IBM WebSphere
Office365 (Intune SharePoint OneDrive Teams Exchange Online)
Veritas NetBackup
Azure Virtual Desktop
