Job Description
Our esteemed client an established company is searching for IT System Engineer:
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide enduser support and troubleshooting for ITrelated issues including desktop laptop iPad and inhouse applications for corporate users.
- Offer technical assistance for maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications.
- Manage and resolve issues with networking equipment such as switches routers and firewalls.
- Deploy workstations (desktops laptops iPads) and other IT equipment for users.
- Administer and maintain VMWare Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory (AD) Exchange and MS SQL databases.
- Manage the IT hardware and software inventory to ensure accurate tracking and availability.
- Assist in procuring IT hardware and related administrative tasks.
- Liaise with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve ITrelated issues.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- 23 years of relevant experience in IT support and systems administration.
- Proficient in desktop laptop and mobile device hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience with Office 365 and Exchange administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications.
- Handson experience with Microsoft Windows Servers Active Directory and MS SQL.
- Familiarity with networking and security including WAN LAN WiFi VPN firewalls routers and switches.
Additional Information:
- Working Location: Tuas (company pick up provided at Tuas Crescent MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 Days Mon Fri 8:30am 5:30pm
- Salary: Basic Up to $3600 Allowance AWS Variable Bonus
