Respond to incoming India IT support requests via phone email or ticketing system.
Provide technical support to endusers for desktop systems hardware and softwarerelated issues.
Document and maintain comprehensive records of support requests resolutions and procedures.
Perform software installations updates and patches as required.
Provide remote assistance to endusers guiding them through problemsolving steps or resolving issues directly.
Collaborate with Local APAC and Global IT teams to resolve complex issues.
Own the India IT Helpdesk SLAs and share the monthly reports to IT Manager.
Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest improvements in IT Helpdesk management processes.
Requirements:
13 years of experience in desktop support and basic network troubleshooting.
Sound understanding of IT HelpdeskService Desk Management.
Experience in providing IT support or a related role.
Basic understanding of SLAs KRAs and CSAT.
Familiarity with ticketing tools e.g Service Now.
Good communication skills to interact effectively with endusers (EnglishHindi)
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to address urgent support needs.
