Tasks
We are looking for a strategic VP of Product to lead the product teams spearhead the international expansion and guide the company to market leadership in cloudbased fiscalization across the EU. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on aligning business goals with a transformative product vision navigating complex regulatory landscapes and fostering a culture of innovation ownership and collaboration.
Vision & Strategy:
- Define and implement a product vision and strategy that not only supports rapid market penetration but also fulfills our vision of becoming Europes leading provider of fiscalization solutions. Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring fiskalys solutions make compliance effortless empowering businesses to thrive and fostering a fair transparent economy that ensures a level playing field.
- Lead the execution of our internationalization and market expansion strategy expertly navigating diverse regulatory landscapes to create a competitive advantage and position fiskaly as the EU leader in cloudbased fiscalization.
- Effectively communicate the product vision to both internal and external stakeholders fostering alignment buyin and support across all levels of the organization.
Crossfunctional Leadership:
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teamsincluding engineering sales and marketingto ensure synchronized timely and successful market entries that further our mission to revolutionize fiscalization through seamless scalable and reliable cloudbased solutions.
- Partner with the executive team on core strategies ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and value propositions ensuring a unified approach that accelerates our international expansion.
- Drive product due diligence for potential acquisition targets developing strategic plans for product and team integration and expanding fiskalys capability to serve new markets and fiscalization needs.
Process & DataDriven Decision Making:
- Implement efficient product development processes that uphold our commitment to simplicity quality and market adaptabilityfrom idea validation to commercial successscaling these processes to support growth across multiple jurisdictions.
- Foster a datainformed decisionmaking culture by establishing systems for teams to collect analyze and interpret key customer and market data ensuring transparency and customercentric insights drive our product roadmap.
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Own the endtoend product lifecycle with a focus on adapting products to new regulatory environments and meeting diverse customer needs across countries aligned with our mission of making compliance effortless.
- Balance R&D resources efficiently to maximize business and customer impact ensuring a product portfolio that supports fiskalys ambitious growth and global success goals.
Team Leadership & Culture Building:
- Build and mentor a highperforming product team that is deeply aligned with our values of innovation transparency and customer success. Requirements
Proven Leadership in B2B SaaS: 5 years of experience managing product portfolios ideally in fintech regtech or fiscalizationrelated industries. A strong track record of driving international growth and market expansion is essential.
- CustomerCentric Mindset: You have a passion for understanding customer pain points and translating them into impactful product solutions ensuring that products are developed with a focus on user needs and ease of compliance.
- Strategic & ExecutionDriven: Youre skilled at aligning product initiatives with company goals particularly around scaling and navigating complex regulatory environments. You have a proven track record in streamlining processes and executing strategies that drive both growth and market leadership.
- Collaboration Expertise: You excel in leading crossfunctional teams and enjoy working with stakeholders at all levels from engineering to the Csuite.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with fiscalization cashregister or PoS market. Experience with M&A including due diligence and product/team consolidation is a plus.
- NicetoHave: A datadriven approach to product management and experience with systems for gathering and interpreting customer insights.
