We are PIUR IMAGING an innovative AIdriven medical device scaleup revolutionizing the third dimension of ultrasound. Our 3D tomographic ultrasound technology is transforming patient care and were growing fast. With offices in Vienna and Munich and a recent expansion into the U.S. market we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at our Vienna office and support our marketing and sales efforts across all our markets.

In this position you will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation and supporting our marketing and sales teams. Youll be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns managing our presence at medical conferences and ensuring that our brand stays consistent across all touchpoints. Through targeted outreach data analysis and followup youll identify and nurture potential leads to expand our client base and increase engagement. Your efforts in coordinating and representing our brand at key events will directly contribute to our business growth client acquisition and overall success in the healthcare sector.

Tasks

Lead Generation

• Develop and implement datadriven strategies to attract and engage highpotential leads using digital channels like CRM social media SEO and email. Use analytics to refine targeting for better lead conversion.
• Assess and qualify leads based on their digital interactions nurturing them with followup campaigns to guide them through the sales funnel.
• Keep the CRM updated with lead and event data tracking engagement to ensure smooth collaboration between marketing and sales teams for effective followup.

Marketing and Engagement

• Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign performance and provide datadriven insights for future strategy improvements.
• Create integrated campaigns (social media email marketing etc.) to increase visibility for conferences and webinars.
• Develop communication plans for pre and postevent stages to maintain attendee interest and support lead conversion.
• Oversee the planning execution and logistics of our exhibition booth at conferences including managing schedules coordinating with event partners and handling thirdparty services to ensure a smooth setup and delivery at inperson events.

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing Business Product or Event Management
• Excellent English skills and preferably also German
• Relevant Digital Marketing certifications and experience are a plus
• Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics Google Ads CRM systems)
• Event management experience including coordination of virtual and inperson events
• Datadriven and resultsfocused with strong project management and organizational skills
• Creative strategic thinker with a proactive independent work ethic and excellent communication
