Job Description

PRODUCT STRATEGY & INTEGRATION

Work with the Head of Athlete & Sports Data to align digital product strategy with broader datadriven initiatives focused on enhancing athlete performance.

Ensure seamless integration between sports data products and the companys data ecosystem leveraging insights to optimize athlete training methodologies and competitive strategies.

Focus on achieving business objectives for teams locally and globally as a sports ecosystem.

PROCESS OPTIMIZATION

Develop and maintain processes for sports departments including training planning game and player analysis and performance diagnostics.

Collaborate with club departments and technical teams to enhance datarich applications.

Analyze user feedback conduct training sessions and manage documentation with development partners.

BUSINESS CASE DEVELOPMENT

Define project objectives scope and requirements as part of business product ownership responsibilities collaborating closely with stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.

Develop business cases and ROI analyses to justify investments in new products data infrastructure tools and resources ensuring alignment with financial objectives and performance targets.

COMMERCIALIZATION STRATEGY & REVENUE GROWTH 

Internally: Conceptualize the internal business plan and cost allocations within the sports ecosystem while driving the implementation of sports data products globally.

Externally: Drive the commercialization efforts for sports data products including pricing strategy gotomarket plans and sales enablement initiatives.

SPORTS DATA PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

Manage portfolio of sports data products and initiatives prioritizing based on strategic business objectives and requests by Red Bull teams & clubs.

LEADERSHIP

Manage diverse stakeholders and find pragmatic solutions.

Lead cooperation with external tech partners to align with longterm tech needs.

Support ongoing assessment of applications and technology


Qualifications :

Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management or related roles within datadriven businesses or the sports industry.

Experience with architecting scalable applications and Agile development environments.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).

Ability to collaborate across crossfunctional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

High resilience and ability to thrive in complexity.

Resultsoriented with a handson mentality.

Demonstrable experience in application support and development coordination.

Ability to translate ideas into solutions and facilitate discussions.

Advanced degree in business administration data science or a related field.


Additional Information :

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position (EUR 2.691). However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
