Job Description
Qualifications :
- Any Graduation / Masters degree
- Awareness of eProcurement system preferably mjPRO
Responsibilities:
The Project Management Unit will need to engage with key stakeholders departments to facilitate effective transition to the eProcurement system
The main daytoday activities of a PMU member:
- Extending support to department users their eTendering processing activities.
- Training arrangement for the department
- MIS report of ePayment process.
- Arrangement for presentation / demonstration assistant in carrying out eTendering activities to the users/new department.
- Functional/CR document preparation as when required by client
- Any other support related to eProc 2.0 project as and when raised by client.
