Short Description:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Specialist with 46 years of experience to enhance and optimize processes using the ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform including specific solutions like Customer Service Management and Sourcing & Procurement Operations.
This role requires a proactive approach to system development and maintenance ensuring highquality service delivery and operational efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design configure and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows including the Service Portal Workspaces CMDB Service Catalog and Now Agent.
Lead the integration of business processes into the ServiceNow infrastructure to improve Customer Service Management and Sourcing & Procurement Operations.
Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs using JavaScript and other scripting languages.
Build Unit test cases and write scalable reusable code
Conduct system upgrades and install application patches ensuring system stability and performance.
Serve as a primary point of contact for advanced troubleshooting and technical support for ServiceNowrelated issues.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze business requirements propose technical solutions and ensure the successful execution of projects.
Train and mentor junior team members and endusers promoting best practices in using the ServiceNow platform.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong technical proficiency in the ServiceNow platform including detailed knowledge of Service Portal Workspaces CMDB Integration Service Catalog and Now Agent.
ServiceNow Portal development knowledge with Angular JS CSS SQL/MongoDB is added advantage.
Proficiency in App Engine Studio flows to build custom applications using ServiceNow OOTB and plugins.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Excellent problemsolving capabilities and the ability to manage complex workflows and data integrations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Experience and Education Background:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Required certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Other Preferred Skills:
Experience with agile project management methodologies.
Knowledge of web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript Web Services).
Familiarity with AI and machine learning capabilities within ServiceNow is a plus.
Additional certifications in ITIL or related fields are advantageous.
