Reporting directly to the General Manager the Operations Manager will oversee the entire operations of the Hotel and deal effectively with guests and team members while keeping the hotel running smoothly
- Manage daytoday hotel operations ensuring the efficient running of all departments.
- Lead train and motivate a team of department heads and staff members fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure exceptional service levels are maintained across all departments resolving guest issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets control costs and improve profitability through strategic planning and resource optimisation.
- Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures to meet company standards and local regulations.
- Work closely with the General Manager and other senior leaders to develop and execute operational strategies.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Indepth knowledge of hotel operations including front desk housekeeping food & beverage and maintenance.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to make quick effective decisions and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting cost control and performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of guest service and satisfaction.
- Flexible proactive and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- A degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
