Job Description

Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Assistant Admin Officer:

Job Responsibilities:

    • Perform general filing for the Admin Department and maintain a tidy office environment.
    • Source and book training courses for staff; maintain and update training records to ensure accuracy.
    • Check and update staff attendance records in the attendance system; assist HR in verifying overtime records.
    • Monitor and renew company vehicles road tax and insurance.
    • Liaise with property agents regarding expatriates condominium matters.
    • Arrange travel for staff (e.g. book air tickets apply for visas reserve hotels).
    • Make hotel reservations for overseas visitors when necessary.
    • Apply for visas for overseas subsidiaries and customers as needed.
    • Purchase office supplies stationery and groceries; manage inventory of stationery and sundry items; update logs and replenish stock as required.
    • Assist the Manager with office subcontractor arrangements; occasionally supervise subcontractors during work on premises.
    • Arrange local and overseas courier services for documents and parcels when necessary.
    • Manage staff lunch orders collect payments and ensure timely delivery.
    • Support the safety officer with safetyrelated matters.
    • Cover receptionist duties during leave (e.g. answer calls pass messages update and file leave records handle couriers receive visitors manage corporate emails).
    • Assist in answering phone calls during the receptionists break time.
    • Liaise and coordinate with department admins/secretaries on adminrelated matters.
    • Perform other general administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.
    • Undertake incidental clerical duties as assigned by the Manager.
    • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
    • Follow the Quality Management System procedures to ensure effective implementation and control.
  • Job Requirements:

    • Min O/level Nitec or Diploma in related field.
    • Min 12 years of relevant working experience is required.

    Additional Information:

    • Salary: Up to SGD 2600 AWS VB (Around 2 Months)
    • Working Location: West
