Our esteemed client a reputable company is searching for an Operations Admin Assistant:
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by understanding their needs and providing technical advice.
- Work closely with internal teams workshops and contractors to coordinate vehicle service and repair.
- Prepare quotations work orders and manage job orders for services.
- Track and update service schedules repairs and vehicle collections with customers.
- Handle customer complaints investigate issues and suggest solutions.
- Assist with own damage vehicle accident matters including billing and coordinating repairs.
Job Requirements:
- GCE N/O Level NITEC Higher NITEC or Diploma in a relevant field
- 13 years of experience in the automotive industry or workshop environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Additional Information:
- Salary: Basic Up to SGD 2300 OT AWS VB
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am 5:30pm/ Sat 8:30am to 12:30pm
- Working Location: Tuas
